A meeting video by Hattoriworks of the Tokyo Auto Salon 2009:
Even though the video quality is not that good (shot from a TV??) the video is actually showing a lot of good cars: the Nissan Silvia Turbo replica (Gazelle) we featured last week is also at that meeting! 🙂
I found some footage of a meeting in Osaka earlier this year. A total of 4 videos were shot at the event and basically it is a parade around a circuit.
In this second video you can spot a few cars we featured earlier on the site:
I recognized a MZ11 Soarer and a Mark II X3 we featured a long time ago.
In last year september 7Tune decided to attend to a bosozoku car meeting at Daikoku Futo, a famous rest stop in the Tokyo bay, and took some pictures of it.
Bosozoku style Celica XX with MZ10 nose conversion
The most impressive was this Celica XX with MZ10 front conversion! It makes the Celica XX look even more bosozoku style this way! Great shot with the long exposure time!

And there were also a few Cresta and Mark II GX71 cars
Kyusha style GX71 Cresta
Note that this car has wirewheels! That is a very different kyusha styling than we are used to!
And these two shark nosed Mark IIs are a bit more bosozoku style, like we’re used to.

by bosozoku with no comments yetMy meeting monday entry was a bit late today, but I was celebrating a holiday today and came home late.
Probably these guys were also having a celebration with all the bosozoku cars in this tunnel:
The title says it was “Road racer sudden festival” which could mean it was a spontaneous outing with a few friends. The video was dated two days ago, so this is really fresh material!
