Ever thought bosozoku were only men? WRONG!

One guy in a yellow Soarer thinks he’s Smokey (and the bandit too) and tries to break through the police barrier. After the police stopped and captured him not much is left of the Soarer! Not a pretty sight!
On the other hand the cop who confiscated a bike looks very funny when he attempts to balance the whole bike when driving off.
Bosozoku lifestyle: Yamanashi police vs bosozoku
During my seek for bosozoku lifestyle videos I came across someone posting a series of videos about the police versus bosozoku. Apparently the problems were that big that it got big media attention and it even got its own tv show in 1992!
It is funny to see it from both sides: police getting prepared to stop the bosozoku and the bosozoku getting prepared to either mock the police or to bypass the roadblock.

Eventhough the bosozoku lifestyle should be very rough according to its image there may still be some softness in the bosozoku car stylers. During springtime half of Japan goes crazy for cherry blossoms since it marks the end of the winter and the start of a cycle. Then take for example this zokusha Toyota Mark II RX30 with cherry blossoms at the background:
