I already said finding some parts swapped on a RX3 would be very difficult. So instead I found a Fairlady ZG with a Skyline C210 tail piece on it:

Would that do as well? 😛

But today? I think many people will think it is a waste to chop off a C110s roof, even if it is a less desirable sedan. 😉

Just spotted this Skyline GT-EX in an auction on Factory King. What amazes me is that such a car actually ends up on auctions at all. Perhaps the market for ex zokushas is getting stronger and this example is not a wildly tuned one…
Skyline GT-EX HGC211
As you can see its got an oil cooler up front…
From the rear everything looks normal, except for the rear wheels:

Nicely lowered kyusha style and the SSR Mk I rims tucked away under those rear fenders.
Interior looks bone stock as well:

According to the auction page the oil cooler up front is a dummy. So perhaps the auctioneers reckoned that such an ordinary car could very well pass for a normal example?

by banpei with no comments yetSome time ago I posted a video containing music by The Mack Show and got a bit more interested in the band. Apparently they made a song called Ballad of Ken and Mary in which they sing about their beloved Skyline C110.
If you haven’t figured it out: the song is loosely based upon The ballad of John and Yoko by the Beatles where John Lennon sings about his beloved marriage with Yoko Ono.
Earlier this week we featured this four door Nissan Skyline R32 in Guess the Kaido Racer regular.

Gred replied he had a photo of the front, so obviously I was very interested in seeing how far the modifications went on this car.
So here it is and you can see it for yourself:

In contrary to its rear the modifications were not that extensive! Headlights have been replaced and the front fenders have been extended and that’s about it!
Big thanks to Gred for sharing this photo! 🙂
