    • Mar 8thKaido Racer diecast

As far as I know there have been hardly any kaido racers diecasts made, so what do you do when you are bored out of your mind with your Nissan Cedric 430 diecast?
      Kaido racer diecast
You cut the roof, extend the fenders, enlarge the hood with a sharknose and modify the front with a huge lip. Now if diecast manufacturers would be cool guys they certainly would have picked the trend in the late 80s, but unfortunately no such thing happened at all. 🙁

    • Mar 6thHow deep is your dish?

Somebody thought uploading a video of the front wheel of his Cresta GX51 would be an excellent idea.
Deep dished rims on a Toyota Cresta GX51
Normally I’d say boring and skip the whole thing. But not when you realize what wheels has mounted under his Cresta!

Can you guess what they are? (video and solution on the next page) (more…)

    • Feb 29thHow low can you go?

This Kyusha Kai Toyota Mark II Grande has been lowered a bit:

The, probably, 13 inch SSR Mk III rims with stretched tires makes it possible to go even lower than with its original 15 inch wheels.

Just fast forward this video to 1:19 and see how much a Mark II Grande can be lowered! (more…)

    • Feb 28thPicture of the week: Not so girly kaido racer

Even though the owner may be a woman, this kaido racer is far from being girly!
      Sharknose Cresta GX51
This Cresta GX51 wasn’t created by her, but in the end she did buy it from some chap who spent over half a year of work on the car.

    • Feb 28thGuess the kaido racer!

I’ve finally saved up enough obscurities to restart the series! So here it goes:
Now what is hiding under all this bodywork?
Can you guess what car is hiding under all the extended rear, fenders and sharknose?
