This event called The Outsider is an unofficial event created by an ex-bosozoku called Akira Maeda. It is not following much of the normal rules, so you will have to win 2 rounds of 3 minutes or a count to 10 for KO. Naturally most of the fighters are ex-bosozoku.

As you can see: ganglife starts at a young age. Kids on scooters are already trying out how to drive in bosozoku formation. And of course the Police has to follow them closely, otherwise they are a threat to society!
We all know the word gaijin means outsider in Japan. Most of the time we think it is only meant for foreigners, but according to Japanorama it also applies to anyone outside the normal Japanese society. This also includes the bosozoku:
