Another user contributed video: Billy sent us this awesome video!
The video shows the other side of being a bosozoku member: the cops are after you!!
One guy in a yellow Soarer thinks he’s Smokey (and the bandit too) and tries to break through the police barrier. After the police stopped and captured him not much is left of the Soarer! Not a pretty sight!
On the other hand the cop who confiscated a bike looks very funny when he attempts to balance the whole bike when driving off.

by banpei with no comments yetI found a video of the gathering of Bosozoku style car before and after the Tokyo Auto Saloon 2009:
Enjoy over 10 minutes of Bosozoky styled cars, loud raspy exhausts and expect to see some disrespect to the law!
Their taste of music is a bit weird IMO, but I reckon that would be possibly due to a lack of English or knowledge of the bands…
My personal favorite car is the 80s Nissan President at 8:30! What is your personal favorite bosozoku ride?
Of course we can’t leave out this amazing Exhaust champion:
Bosozoku Exhaust champion of the world!
It may be hard to see, but the car is most probably a Toyota Cresta GX71 or JX71, which is on the same platform as the one below. In contrary to the car the driver has a panda paint scheme…
You can see the car in this movie as well:
The big question remains: how do they get in that car??
by banpei with no comments yetToday a very fine example of a mild Bosozoku styling:
Bosozoku style Toyota Cressida GX71 twin turbo
This GX71 only has some extreme lowering and two high exhaust pipes sticking high in the air.
