These rims may not have deep dish, but surely the tiniest SSR Mk IIs I’ve ever seen: they are 10 inch in diameter and 4.5J wide!
Tiniest SSR Mk II: 10 inch 4.5J!
From the pictures they appear to be in proportion, only the lugnut-hole size hints that they are small… Knowing their dimensions they surely are an odd pair!

The PCD is 110 and their offset is ET +2. Sounds like a good fit for some kei car!
I found them in an Auction for only 9800 yen ($112!) so definitely a bargain!

Getting a bit crazy on the Suzuki Altos lately, but I couldn’t resist posing this one:
Hot or not: Shakotan Boogie Yanky Mate! Alto
Yes: the Shakotan Boogie Yanky Mate! lookalike Suzuki Alto with a 240Z G-Nose conversion! Crazy!
Now is that hot or not?

Even though I accidentally posted a wrong picture with last weeks Silvia S13 still 78% thinks it is hot! Can’t agree more with that!
This week we have a Kei bosozoku car: a more than 1 million reworked Suzuki Alto Works!
Hot or not: reworked Suzuki Alto Works
Well, no doubt the owner put a lot of effort in this little Alto: a set of 13 inch 7J and 8J SSR Star Sharks (Sutashaku) with 165/65 R13 tires stretched around it, big lip, godfather horn, 80s racing paint scheme, rollcage, four point seat belt and a tiny momo steering wheel.
But I doubt that all that together was worth, like the seller says, over 1 million yen. Maybe back in the 1994 when this car was bought new?
Hot or not: reworked Suzuki Alto Works
Anyhow, it is not about the auction, it is about the car… A little reworked Alto Works, hot or not?
James sent us this picture of a Daihatsu Move with massive camber:
Bosozoku style Daihatsu Move with massive negative camber
He writes: surprised you guys didnt post this the other day it pops up in nearly ever camber thread on any forum
Yep, we did spot it but only after we posted the Bosozoku kei cars: Daihatsu Move special. Thanks for reminding us! 🙂
by banpei with 2 commentsAnother exhaust of the week: this week we have a double handed exhaust for you:
Two handed Bosozoku kei car
This sixth generation Mitsubishi Minica may look like a small kei car but Mitsubishi had three engine types of which one was a turbocharged five valve four-pot. So actually that means more than one exhaust pipe per exhaust valve!
