Beeoneoneoh posted this excellent mild bosozoku styled Kenmeri Skyline on his blog:
A bosozoku style Kenmeri Skyline C110
Apart from the scale models on the hood it really is different than other Kenmeri skylines in its irregular color. Not many bosozoku styled Kenmeri Skylines are in a different color than the light gray we are used to with the KPGC10.
As he says on his blog:
I really dig this colour scheme and itβs all that it needed to spin it off to awesome in my mind. Excuse my ramblings and just enjoy the car for what it is. Damn cool.
I can’t do anything else than totally agree with that! π
You could compare yourself to the old school racers from the early 70s, compile a video from old races and your own ride and post it on Youtube:
I must say this is a very well done video! π
Also both the Kenmeri Skyline C110 and the Nissan Fairlady Z S30 (with G-Nose) are very good looking zokusha’s!

It looks great and they don’t outdo each other very much, but I really wonder if they would stand a chance against real hard tuned drag racers…
Last weeks poll showed that the Kenmeri Skyline (C110) was the most favorable. Looking at the differences between the three Skylines I can clearly see that the Kenmeri is missing the fender extenders.
So this weeks poll is about fender extenders:
Nissan Gloria C330 with Bosozoku style fender extenders
Do you prefer big fender extenders on Bosozoku cars like on this Nissan Gloria C330?
Who needs fender flares on a shakotan DR30?
Or do you prefer more the clean factory look without fender extenders like this Nissan Skyline DR30?
Simple: just drive it of course!
I love the way they modified the first Kenmeri skyline… Big gear shifter (almost touching the roof), super lowrider, big exhaust, SSR Starshark rims. All very taseful!
The other yellow Kenmeri skyline has a nice sharknose, but apart from that it is not really my taste…
