Just like the beheaded C110 this C210 is nowadays a quite rare car and people are willing to spend mad money on it…
Back in 1989 it was just as common as your average Mazda 6 nowadays. At least they look like they are having fun and that’s all that matters I guess. 😉

Finding stuff on Auctions Yahoo is easy, but finding rare gems like this Skyline GC111 is an oddity!

Just look at the work that has been put into this car! Don’t think of it as a Skyline GC111 but as a piece of art!
Two-tone black/silver paint, widened fenders, chin spoiler, deep dish SSR Mk. II (not included in the sale), Cherry X-1R tail lights, twin exhaust, ducktail spoiler and the list continues for a while…

Also the engine was swapped for a L28 unit

Personally I’d say this car is priceless… But of course everything has a price, in this case 1.6 million yen (20000 US dollars) which is still a lot of money but IMO quite cheap for a kaido racer in this state!

by banpei with no comments yetI already said finding some parts swapped on a RX3 would be very difficult. So instead I found a Fairlady ZG with a Skyline C210 tail piece on it:

Would that do as well? 😛

Roofchopped Skyline C110
But today? I think many people will think it is a waste to chop off a C110s roof, even if it is a less desirable sedan. 😉

This Skyline C211 Japan surely has its takeyari on the wrong end of the car!

Also the grille seems to be a bit out of place…
But the rear end makes it all look in balance again:
