Not everything seems to be what it is and this Mazda T2000 kaido racer is one of them:
I know: it is a photoshop, but I must say it is a very well done one! All the batlike wings and intakes really suits the 50s styling of the T2000.
For those unfamiliar with the Mazda T1500/2000: in the early 30s Mazda started producing the Mazdago, a tricycle based upon a motorcycle. After the second world war it got grew up to the size of a large truck, especially with the introduction of the long wheelbase capable of carrying the displayed short wheelbase as a whole!

Okay the end result is not 100% realistic, but at least the hoodfins, oil cooler and blistered fender flares should be realistic enough? 😉

Time for some bosozoku style artwork!
I found some kaido racer photoshops on Oyakata’s Garage between a lot of VIP and drift style photoshops and I’ve picked the best ones for you:
Kaido racer photoshop: Nissan Laurel Butaketsu C130
This pigsbutt Laurel was mildly tuned with some new rims, a spoiler and some tail-light swap.
Not over the top as this Nissan Fairlady S30:
Kaido racer photoshop: Nissan Fairlady Z S30
A complete overhaul except for the roofline!
And what about this roofchopped Mark II?
Kaido racer photoshop: Toyota Mark II GX71
Wicked in yellow and green!

Gunwoo’s artwork:
Bosozoku style artwork: Gunwoo’s sharknosed Evo 7
I always wondered what a modern zokusha would look like… I guess this Evo 7 photoshop reflects that perfectly!
More artwork after the jump!

Bosozoku style artwork: Gunwoo’s BMW E30 zokusha
As you can see: the E30 is actually a perfect base for a zokusha! It is boxy, it is eighties, its able to cope with wide fenders and wheels and its got enough oomph to do donuts with! 🙂
Gee Halen’s artwork:
Bosozoku style artwork: Gee Halen’s bosozoku view
Bosozoku style artwork: Gee Halen on the Japanese Rat Fink
The JDM Rat Fink is a clear view on the way Robin modified his N13 from Rat to zokusha. 🙂
Thanks guys for sharing these beautiful pieces of art! 🙂
