Last week we asked you to give your opinion about the new image size. Everybody liked our new imagesize unanimously so we will keep it this way for sure!
This week we had a hard time thinking of the new poll. We could easily have asked something about another car style or some sort of modification. However we thought it may be more interesting to post more about the Bosozoku lifestyle like the Bosozoku music played on a bike we posted last Thursday.
We have some info on several topic like music, dress codes, etc, so would you like to read more about the in depth info?
Last week we asked you about what you think of the rim width on Bosozoku styled cars. Most of you thought they can never be wide enough and runner up was 10J as a good comparison between deep dish and extremely wide rims!
This weeks poll is about the styling of the site: we changed over to a new image format:
Old image format
The old image width is 350 pixels wide and allows us to wrap the text around the image. This looks cool but sometimes makes the texts unreadable.
So we decided upon this new image format:
New image format
The new image width is 460 pixels wide and fills up the full width of the text so there is no wrapping.
So what is your opinion about the image size change?
by bosozoku with 2 commentsLast week we asked your opinion about the headlight covers. Clearly most people like the headlight covers even though they are from the 70s! I’d call it retro then. 😉
This week we ask your opinion about the width of the rims!
Very deep dish SSR Mk. II rims
How wide should the rims be on a Bosozoku styled car? 9J? 10J? 11J? 12J? Ridiculously wide?? Or even wider?
Last weeks poll showed that almost everyone loves fender extenders! What an outcome!
This week we want your opinion on covered headlights:
Cresta GX71 with covered headlight
Covered headlights is something that was copied from the Gran Chan racecars. Back in the 70s and 80s it improved the aerodynamics of the car, but do you still like them today?
Last weeks poll showed that the Kenmeri Skyline (C110) was the most favorable. Looking at the differences between the three Skylines I can clearly see that the Kenmeri is missing the fender extenders.
So this weeks poll is about fender extenders:
Nissan Gloria C330 with Bosozoku style fender extenders
Do you prefer big fender extenders on Bosozoku cars like on this Nissan Gloria C330?
Who needs fender flares on a shakotan DR30?
Or do you prefer more the clean factory look without fender extenders like this Nissan Skyline DR30?
