No videos of the Nagoya Classic Car show this week and I think everybody did already see most of the pictures… So this week we have a group called Ultra Heaven which just started to compile all their meeting material and upload it to Youtube! Enjoy their first video:
Stay tuned for more of Ultra Heaven! 🙂
Almost a year ago I spotted these deep dish SSR mk1 rims on auctions.yahoo.co.jp and they are still for sale:
Deep dish SSR mk1 rims: 9.5J (front) and 11J (rear) wide
They still look excellent in the flat matte with the Skyline C210 in the background!
Deep dish SSR mk1 rims: 9.5J (front) and 11J (rear) wide
Last time I stated that the seller is a very honest man and he still is: he warns that these rims may look good, but in fact one of the rear rims is damaged at the hub opening (see picture above) and has cracks around the nuts and also one of the 9.5J front rims is not air tight. Of course the rims can be fixed, but that will cost you money as well.
Deep dish SSR mk1 rims: actually not that good as they appear to be…
For sale for bargain price at $1070 (pricedrop of 130 dollar compared to last year) here:

Just found these four great videos about a couple of badboy Skylines, Laurels attending the SEOCAN Inland Sea circuit meeting.
In this video two C10s and a Laurel C130 going sideways over the wet circuit. The butaketsu Laurel is certainly one of my new favorites now!
In this second video a lineup of a few oldies: the C10 we saw in the first video and a Nissan Gloria 230 waiting to get another round on the circuit while a Skyline Japan C210 tries to get it sideways.
In the third video a black Yonmeri Skyline C110 makes its rounds, followed by the Skyline C10 from the first video.
In this last video the C10 is trying to find shelter in the paddock and its got a damn lovely exhaust!
And don’t forget to look at that parkinglot! It may be not stashed with zokushas but there are surely a lot of nice cars parked in there!
by banpei with no comments yetYou may have two WTFs here:
1. beercan exhaust?
2. Skyline C210?
Yes it may be unbelievable, but this car has an exhaust made out of beercans and actually is a C210 Skyline and not a Mazda Cosmo AP:
Nissan Skyline C210 beercan exhaust
At first I was fooled by the Cosmo AP taillights, but we all know zokushas love to have some different taillights than stock… Same applies to the exhausts of course. 😀
The beercans are all Asahi beercans, so someone must either have had a good party or a big hangover. (or both!) 😉
Found through Riverside and the other pictures of this car can be found here
