Next week 5 more videos!
by banpei with no comments yetHow many Bosozoku styled cars did you count in this video?
Read more to see my count…
I counted 36 but did not count the VIP styled cars, the Celica, but did count the small minivan.
My personal favorite was the Ken-meri Nissan Skyline with the big 210 number on it. 😉
by banpei with no comments yetBosozoku style exhaust of the week is a regular feature by me. I will try to keep my eyes open for bizarre exhausts.
This week the first edition:
This tree like exhaust looks really wild in that cold January weather at the Tokyo Auto Saloon 2009.
Is it a Toyota Crown Policecar?
Some may already have seen a picture of this car on the posting Alexi of Nori Yaro made at the Daisuke Shouten photoshoot.
Read on for more pictures…
Or is it a Nissan Gloria policecar?
Here you can see how the car used to be in its full glory back in 2006 at the Tokyo Auto Salon.
No, it is both a Gloria and Crown policecar!
I think it is an excellent example of what Daisuke is capable of! We’ve seen several examples at his workshop photographed by Alexi of Nori Yaro and seeing this at the Tokyo Auto Salon meeting is an absolute sign of his geniality!
by banpei with no comments yetI found a video of the gathering of Bosozoku style car before and after the Tokyo Auto Saloon 2009:
Enjoy over 10 minutes of Bosozoky styled cars, loud raspy exhausts and expect to see some disrespect to the law!
Their taste of music is a bit weird IMO, but I reckon that would be possibly due to a lack of English or knowledge of the bands…
My personal favorite car is the 80s Nissan President at 8:30! What is your personal favorite bosozoku ride?
