Fender Friday: flared Cressida MX40
I got this picture from Jeff a few weeks ago and it shows his widened flares on his Cressida MX40:

I do get a lot of questions lately how to create either extended, rolled or big wide flares on your ride. So I decided to post up many examples and hopefully with some information on how it is done.

Spotted this Cressida with V-shaped exhaust in one of the JCCS 2010 galleries:

The US Cressida at JCCS 2009 in the picture by Mike Garret made me think of this Japanese Cresta GX71:

Exhausts look very similar: straight double pipe, painted red with a grey finish at the top. Maybe the Cressida got inspired by this Cresta?
